Marketing is the process companies use to get people interested in something they both want and need. When you list your home, your goal is to have some interested buyers after the home has been marketed. But when weighing all the different ways you can market your home there is a clear winner. I'm talking about social media.

So, why do I believe social media marketing is the creme de la creme of real estate marketing?

Social media gives you amazing marketing reach. Somewhere between 80%-95% of adults in Canada use at least one social media platform.

 

So, when I create a picture or video ad of your property, I have the ability to reach nearly everyone in the city with your ad, sometimes several times over.

 

When you list your home on social media, you are opening up your property to a much wider audience than you would if you were to list it solely in the newspaper or on a traditional real estate website alone.
